Are items authentic?

At Embee Studio, your trust is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing our customers with 100% authentic designer products, and we stand behind this commitment with a full refund guarantee.

To ensure the authenticity of our products, we rely on the expertise of Real Authentication, a trusted authentication service in the industry. Many of our items include Entrupy COA or original authenticity cards, as detailed in the listing description.

For those interested in a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), they can be purchased at an additional cost. Please reach out to us at mel@embeeshop.com or send us a message on Instagram @embee.studio. Where are your products sourced?

Products are sourced from reputable resellers, local vendors, and verified online third-party platforms. Some personal collection items are included as well.



Can I pick up my item locally?

You may pick up your item in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Pick up is available Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please email mel@embeeshop.com or message @embee.studio on instagram to make an appointment and wait for confirmation to ensure someone is available to deliver your order. Please bring a photo ID for verification.

   

Do you accept payments outside of the website?

If your preferred payment option is not available on this website, we accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Please email mel@embeeshop.com or message @embee.studio on Instagram to complete your order. 

 

How can I tell the item condition?

We strive to be as detailed as possible when describing products but we are happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request by emailing mel@embeeshop.com or messaging @embee.studio on instagram. Please note, items are pre-loved and many are vintage as well. Condition can range from “Like New” to “Fair.”

 

Can I return or cancel my order?

Given the nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all photos and ask any questions before making a purchase. Of course, if there is a serious issue not mentioned, we will do our best to find a solution. Reach out with any questions to mel@embeeshop.com or message @embee.studio on Instagram. 

 

When will my order be shipped? 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need an order sooner, please reach out to mel@embeeshop.com or message us on instagram @embee.studio before placing your order and we will do our best to coordinate!
